Are Crest White Strips any Good?

With the Covid Pandemic I have been sitting around the house a lot more.  Which also means I have had more time to think of how to use my time more effectively. And then that’s when I thought, one of the productive things I can accomplish while staying in a lot is to make my teeth whiter!! So for the next few weeks (or months) I am going to be blogging about my teeth whitening journey.

Yesterday, I went on Amazon Prime and ordered a supply of “Crest 3D White No Slip WhiteStrips Dental Whitening Kit.” So that comes with 44 Strips which translates into 20 Professional Effects Whitening Treatments for the uppers and lowers.  The picture of the Crest Box on Amazon says these WhiteStrips “Whitens Like a Professional-Level Treatment.  It is supposed to be “Enamel Safe.”  One thing I found on the Crest Website (after having already placed my Amazon order) is that people are now using a “light” brightening device which I guess makes the teeth whiter and much faster.  Hopefully I did not make a mistake by just ordering the whitening strips themselves without that Whitening device. Is using the light better? Over the next year or so, I will eventually try with the light….and without the light.
